Terms and Conditions
- All submissions must be written in English.
- All submissions must be completed through our online portal by 14th April. No further entries will be accepted after this time.
- The awards will be open to businesses in every sector trading anywhere within the circulation areas of this series of newspapers, an area which covers the whole of the Harrogate District plus Wetherby, Tadcaster and neighbouring villages.
- Only submissions which cover all criteria elements will be considered for judging. Judges reserve the right to disqualify any entry if they feel the criteria is not met.
- Judges' decision is final.
- Each business may enter up to 3 categories. The same information can be submitted for each category as long as they meet the criteria but 3 separate entries will need to be made.
- By submitting your nomination, you accept that the details you have provided will be shared with those involved with judging and not shared publicly unless otherwise stated.
- We may have to contact you regarding your nomination and will do so by the email address you have provided.
Please note, should your nomination be successfully shortlisted please ensure you are available to represent your business at the awards event.
- Supporting materials may be uploaded to enhance your entry if applicable.
- Due to the high level of entries, feedback from judges may not be provided.
